If you have motor pictures or drawings to show us, or you have detailed specs like voltage, speed, torque, motor size, working mode of the motor, needed lifetime and noise level etc, please do not hesitate to let us know, then we can recommend a suitable motor per your request accordingly.
Do you have customized service for your standard motors?
Yes, we can customize per your request for the voltage, speed, torque and shaft size/shape. If you need additional wires/cables soldered on the terminal or need to add connectors, or capacitors or EMC we can make it too.
Do you have individual design service for motors?
Yes, we design motors individually for our customers, but it may require some mold charges and design fees depending on the specifications.
Can I have samples for testing first?
Yes, definitely you can. After confirming the required motor specs, we will quote and provide a proforma invoice for the samples. Once we receive the payment, we will proceed with sample production accordingly.
How do you make sure motor quality?
We have our own rigorous inspection procedures: for incoming materials, we check against signed samples and drawings; for the production process, we conduct in-process tour inspections and a final inspection to guarantee qualified products before shipping.
What certifications do you have?
We currently hold CE, ROHS, ISO13485, IATF16949, and REACH certifications.
